The InterContinental is a luxury building on Boston’s waterfront, located on Fort Point Channel across the Rose Kennedy Greenway from the Financial District. The glass tower was designed Elkus Manfredi and the interior design work was handled by Celeste Cooper Interior Designs.
The InterContinental residences are luxury condos with access to the hotel’s award-winning services including maid service, spa treatments, room service, a fitness center with an indoor heated lap pool, concierge services, valet parking, catering, and pet care. Bars and restaurants on site include Sushi-Teq, RunBa cocktail bar, and an organic French restaurant named Miel.
InterContinental Residences consist of 130 luxury condos including 12 studios (maisonettes), 31 one-bedroom units, 56 two-bedroom units, 27 three-bedroom units, two three-bedroom penthouse units, and two four-bedroom penthouse units. The four bedroom penthouse condos last sold for over $5,000,000 and rented for $35,000 a month.
